Crib Stroller
How do I keep the cat from sleeping in the crib ((the blankets, the car seat, the stroller). Is it necessary?

We have two cats, we love them to pieces. But I am due soon and we have a bassinet in our room ready for the baby, and a car seat and a few blankets. But each time I turn my head, I find a cat sleeping inside one of the baby items.
I can store them away for now but when the baby is around I will have to have them handy. Is it ok that the baby sleeps in a bassinet where the cat slept in earlier? Do I need to be more careful about blocking the cats’ access to things?

As long as the cats are healthy and flea-free, it shouldn’t be a problem. I have 2 kids and 10 cats, and believe me, most cats will jump right OUT of that bassinet when they see you coming with the baby! And the ones that stay, tend to be very nurturing and loving, and won’t harm the baby.

(I had one that would purr my oldest to sleep when she was tiny.)
